Recruiting Campaign Graphic

My client, a scrapbooking store owner, was hiring.

I was asked to create a graphic to promote their recruiting campaign social networks that would appeal to a target audience of 16— 25 year olds interested in scrapbooking.

The idea was to use the company mascot, who will invite new team members in a comic-strip way. For the background, I created a bunch of scrapbooking and position-related icons — shopping bags, delivery cars, cellphones, scrapbooking embellishments, etc. — in a modern, simplified style. The whole poster was made in the brand colors of the store.

The resulting image was friendly and easily noticeable, while conveying the intended message.
