An elementary school needed a cover for the 2020 Yearbook.
My goal was to create a graphic that would incorporate the school’s colors and the image of their necktie.
I started by creating a basic layout to find out the best placement for the elements.
Based on the photo of the necktie provided by the client, I created a vector pattern that was later applied to the illustration
After some additional pop-art styling and a couple of touch-ups, the cover was ready.
Fun and engaging, this cover was exactly what my client was looking for.
